After making the decision to build a life that felt like home, I knew the next step wasn’t to change everything at once. It was to edit gently.

Not a total life overhaul—just a better week.

These are the five questions I started asking myself every Sunday (or Monday morning if I’m honest) to reset my energy and realign with what matters most. Think of this as your personal lifestyle tuning ritual—quiet, intentional, and all about you.

  1. What’s one thing I can remove that drains me?
Energy leaks don’t always look dramatic. Sometimes it’s the overcommitment, the unsaid yes, the task you dread but “should” do. One thing. Cross it off or delegate it.
  2. What can I add that will pour back into me?
This could be five extra minutes of quiet in the morning, or putting music on during your shower. Joyful rituals aren’t luxuries—they’re anchors.
  3. What do I need to stop pretending doesn’t bother me?
This one stings—but it’s where clarity begins. Something’s been nagging. Honor it. Journal about it. Make space to process or set a boundary.
  4. Where can I slow down—without guilt?
Choose one moment to stretch out this week. Eat slower. Drive without multitasking. Walk instead of rush. Slowing down is a spiritual practice.
  5. Who do I want to be at the end of this week?
Forget the to-do list. Let this answer guide the week’s tone. Peaceful? Powerful? Present? Move accordingly.

Bonus Tip:
Make these questions part of a weekly ritual. Light a candle. Brew tea. Pull a card if that’s your thing. Create a vibe that makes this sacred.

Start your own reset:
Save this list. Try it next Sunday. Or tonight. Whenever you need a reset.

You don’t have to change everything. Just begin where you are—with intention.
